What is collected
When you fill in a form on this site, including the reflection questions that produce your letter, you provide your first name, your email address, and the answers you choose to write. Nothing is required beyond what the form asks for.
The site also records ordinary technical information that any web server receives, such as your browser type, your general location, and which pages you visited.
How it is used
- To generate and send you the letter you requested.
- To send follow-up email about coaching, which you can stop at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message.
- To respond to you directly if you reach out.
Your answers are not sold, rented, or shared for anyone else's marketing.
Automated writing
The letter you receive is generated by an automated language model using the answers you submit. Your answers are sent to that provider for the sole purpose of writing your letter. The letter is not reviewed by a person before it reaches you unless the system flags it for Anka's attention.
Service providers
This site and its email run on third-party platforms that store data on Anka Walker Coaching's behalf, including the website and email platform, the language model provider that writes the letter, and the scheduling tool used to book calls. Each holds your information under its own security terms.
Coaching is not therapy
This site and the coaching offered through it are not medical or mental health treatment, and nothing submitted here creates a clinical record or a therapist relationship. If you are in crisis, contact a licensed professional or a crisis line in your area.
Your choices
You may ask at any time to see the information held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Write to [email protected] and it will be handled. Unsubscribing from email is a single click in any message you receive.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of this page changes with it.
