Her Story
Meet Anka
I grew up in a family of fourteen children, in a home shaped by violence, alcoholism, and chaos. Survival came before identity. I learned early to become whoever the room needed me to be.
Years later, my life looked right from the outside. Two boys, a committed partner, the house, the cars. Everything I'd been told to want. Inside, I had become another version of my mother. The trauma responses, the drinking, all the things I swore I would never repeat.
The turning point came when I realized I could no longer sacrifice myself to keep a life intact.
Through emotional intelligence work, spiritual healing, and years of honest self-discovery, I reclaimed my voice, my boundaries, and my identity. That journey led me into trauma-informed coaching and the work of helping women reconnect with themselves beyond survival mode.
What I know now, and what I'll help you learn in your own body, not just your head:
- Boundaries are not rejection.
- Love doesn't require self-sacrifice.
- Healing isn't linear.
- Your voice matters.
- You can love others without abandoning yourself.
“I am no longer living from survival. I am living from self-awareness. That's the ground I coach from.”
